The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and communicate effectively. Three to five years of experience working around slipform paving operations is preferred.

HEAVY EQUIPMENT & FLEET MECHANIC
Our logistics team is growing, and we’re seeking a highly skilled, reliable, and trustworthy Heavy Equipment & Fleet Mechanic to join our team. This role is responsible for maintaining, diagnosing, and repairing a wide range of fleet vehicles and heavy equipment used in the concrete, paving, millwright, and demolition industries.
You’ll manage routine maintenance, troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues, and ensure all equipment and vehicles are field-ready. This position requires strong diagnostic skills, excellent time management, and frequent travel to job sites, with occasional overnight stays. Travel, lodging, and daily meal per diem are company-paid. On-call availability may be required to respond to critical equipment issues that impact work progress.
