The Concrete Craftsman will be responsible for contributing to the success of various concrete construction projects, including flatwork, foundations, footings, sidewalks, parking lots and more. The role includes the preparation, pouring, and finishing of concrete and lifting and pushing 50 to 100-pound objects throughout the shift.  

The Concrete Field Operations Manager will be responsible for leading the overall direction and performance of the concrete operations team. This role includes building a culture of continuous improvement in safety, quality, and productivity, coordinating projects, and traveling to jobsites. The ideal candidate will possess a high level of responsibility, effective communication skills, and flexibility.  

The Concrete Foreman will oversee and manage concrete construction projects. This role includes overseeing crews, understanding project scope, ensuring the completion of project documents, and managing jobsite safety. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership abilities, exceptional organizational skills, and extensive knowledge of concrete construction processes.  

The Concrete Superintendent will supervise concrete foremen, crews, customers and subcontractors to ensure project specifications are met while meeting project deadlines. Responsibilities include evaluating employee performance, ensuring that project costs remain within budget, and preventing workplace accidents. This role requires managing project materials and resources and overseeing the use of equipment and tools.  

The Heavy Equipment Operator will operate various heavy machinery to help build concrete structures and installations. This role will be pivotal in ensuring the timely and precise execution of projects while adhering to safety and quality standards. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and teamwork abilities, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills. 

The Paving Foreman will assist superintendents with overseeing a concrete paving crew and concrete paving projects. This role includes monitoring construction activity regularly, holding regular status meetings, and maintaining communication with all sub-teams and company leadership. The ideal candidate will have strong verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to read blueprints and envision overall job perspective. 

The Paver Machine Operator is responsible for operating and maintaining paver machines to ensure their efficiency and longevity. This role involves ensuring the quality and precision of paving operations contributing to the overall success of paving projects. The operator must be focused and able to see the full scope of surrounding paving activity.  

The Paving Project Manager will lead and develop all aspects of large paving projects from inception to completion, ensuring they meet the scope, budget, and timeline requirements. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and communicate effectively. Three to five years of experience working around slipform paving operations is preferred. 

The Paving Finisher must be driven, motivated, willing to take direction, and work well with others. The crews are responsible for all tasks related to the processes of prepping, pouring, and finishing concrete, including setting forms, tying rebar, pouring concrete, smoothing, and finishing the pour. Crews work from jobsites daily and must represent the company positively by showing appropriate behavior, adhering to safety standards, following superintendent direction, and maintaining predictable and reliable attendance.  

As a Fabrication Welder, you will be responsible for the installation, repair, and fabrication of grain facility equipment as well as materials needed for various construction sites such as, but not limited to, towers, spouting, sheet metal, and more. These tasks include the use of handheld power tools such as drills, grinders, and saws as well as non-powered handheld tools.
